Certo che a guardare il catalogo si ha sempre più la
consapevolezza che si tratta di un capolavoro, è poi quasi commovente
notare un continuo filo conduttore nemmeno troppo nascosto che lega le
storie di un certo vignaiolo a quelle di un altro, ancor più commovente è
notare la crescita costante di ogni realtà e ancor più il desiderio
tangibile di voler far più bella la propria etichetta o la propria
bottiglia.....per rendere più bella l'intera selezione.<br />

Quella
che tre anni fa appariva come una falange d'assalto di enfant terrible
oggi appare come una potente armata con tanti sapienti condottieri che
impreziosiscono continuamente e costantamente la famiglia.</div>

Voglio
poi dirti che per me è una grande gioia poter ancora proporre vini come
quelli di Nervi,quando 15 anni fa, in Umbria parlavo di Gattinara e con
il mitico Giorgio Alliata, memoria storica di Gattinara e di Nervi (di
cui fu anche cotitolare) passavamo le serate a far assaggiare questi
capolavori, ebbene ci sentivamo un po' eroi e un po' pazzi. Oggi il mondo
del vino è cambiato e cambierà ancora e molti sentieri difficili e
tortuosi stanno diventando le strade che molti percorrono......quando ci
conoscemmo ti contattai per il desiderio di poter proporre alcune
cantine per me mitiche come bressan,due terre,morgex,mas de
dumas,baricchi......sono solo trascorsi tre anni ma sembra enorme la
strada percorsa e sento che tante scelte per me sempre controcorrente e
pesanti negli ultimi 15 anni,scelte dettate da coerenza e amore oggi
fanno sentire orgogliosi di stare da "questa parte" e se come sai ho
dedicato la mia vita,la mia arte,la mia intelligenza e le mie passioni
per rendere più bello lo spazio ed il tempo che abito,condividendo
pricipii e meraviglia che la fede mi ha donato, è bellissimo che anche
nella vita professionale un fine supremo che vuole il massimo senza
compromessi ci porti con umiltà e tenacia nel nostro mondo a cercare e
"donare" la bellezza e l'amore per la verità attraverso un infinità di
splendidi bicchieri di vino che sono un po' il sangue e la vita di tanti
amici che passano la loro inerpicati sui pendii di mezzo
mondo......E qualche volta, per fortuna, seduti con noi attorno ad un
tavolo o dietro un banco d'assaggio!</div>

scrivono solo a quest'ora così come a quest'ora si compongono le melodie
o le poesie più belle ,non ho potuto far a meno di scriverle dopo aver
letto e riletto il nuovo catalogo.</div>

<span style="background-color: white;">Nel 1975 dodici giovani di belle speranze decisero di costruire una Cooperativa con l'intenzione di unire il lavoro agricolo comune all'accoglienza del disagio sociale, in particolare della tossicodipendenza. Venne così fondata la Cooperativa "La Collina".</span><br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="background-color: white;"> Iniziarono a coltivare foraggio per l’allevamento delle vacche da latte destinato alla produzione del “Parmigiano Reggiano” e la coltivazione della vite per la produzione del vino “Lambrusco”. Negli anni la continua crescita ha portato la Cooperativa ad implementare le loro attività e ad allargarsi fino ai circa 75 Ha di oggi. Coltivazione ,allevamento, trasformazione di una vasta gamma di prodotti con metodo biologico e biodinamico, fattoria didattica , comunità terapeutica per ragazzi con dipendenze patologiche... Sicuramente qui non c'e' tempo per annoiarsi! Siamo veramente contentissimi di questa nuova entrata nella nostra famiglia. Potete finalmente sedervi e godervi un buon bicchiere di Cazottes perché la Purezza è qualità intrinseca dei suoi prodotti. Per la distillazione vengono usate solamente pere , susine , ciliegie proveniente da frutteti condotti in biologico o in biodinamica.
